The Role
As a key member of the team, you will support solicitors in the management and progression of a varied caseload and play an important role in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the progression of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Support solicitors on a range of general practice matters, including probate and estate administration.
- Prepare legal documentation, correspondence, and other transaction-related materials.
- Manage and progress files efficiently, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders throughout transactions and legal matters.
- Utilise modern cloud-based systems and technology to support efficient case management and collaboration across the firm.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Executive, or significant experience supporting conveyancing matters.
- Strong experience in Irish residential and/or commercial conveyancing.
- Knowledge of Tailte Éireann registration processes.
- Probate and estate administration experience would be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently and proactively while contributing as part of a wider team.
- A keen interest in legal technology, case management systems, process improvement, and modern ways of working.
