Legal Secretary

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Provide administrative support to legal professionals, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Draft and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Manage and organise legal files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings etc.
  • Conduct legal research and gather information as needed.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office and legal case management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a law firm is highly desirable.
