Legal Secretary

Frances E Barron & Co LLPMeathFull-time

Joining a busy property and commercial law department, Frances E Barron & Co LLP are seeking an experienced, proactive and organised individual to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Diary management and coordinating meetings;
  • Scanning and storing documents electronically on firms practice management system;
  • Ensuring safe and efficient handling of confidential information;
  • Formatting legal documents and transcribing dictations;
  • Filing invoicing and general admin duties;
  • Handle incoming communications, ensuring timely and professional responses;
  • Liaise effectively and professionally with clients and the internal teams.

Key qualities required:

  • Experience in legal secretarial role essential;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Strong IT skills and competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, experience with case management systems (Keyhouse is an advantage) and excellent numeracy skills;
  • Strong people skills and ability to work collaboratively with all colleagues;
  • Strong digital dictation skills;
  • An enthusiastic attitude and proactive approach to your work ethic.

Salary commensurate with experience. Hours 9.00 a.m to 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
