Key Purpose of the Post:
To undertake lifeguarding duties and a wide range of work, as part of a team, to provide the best possible service to users of the facilities and to respond effectively to needs and requirements as they arise. The postholder will assist with and ensure the safety of users and maintain a high standard of cleanliness at all times.
To encourage a workplace culture that contributes to the aim of continuous improvement.
Ensuring adherence to all H&S policies and procedures and comply with the normal operating procedures (NOP) and emergency action plans (EAP).
