Reporting to the Club Vitae Manager/Supervisor, the Leisure Club Attendant will assist in providing a safe and efficient environment for club members.

Your Job:

• Act as the first point of contact for all members, dealing with queries in person, by phone/email
• Ensure the smooth running of the club during opening hours
• Assist the Club Manager in the upselling of the club 
• Administer membership enquiries and complete the sale with the customer 
• Ability to work as part of a team
• To maintain the high level of quality and standards in the gym area
• Increase member interaction & engagement 
• Carry out general cleaning duties

What You’ll Need:

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours as the role includes mornings/evenings & weekends
• Pool/lifeguard certification and First Aid is desirable
• Relevant Personal Training & Fitness Instructor qualification or the equivalent is also essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team, and a desire to progress in your career.
