As the Lending Change Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of change projects necessary for; Lending Growth, Regulatory & Legislative adherence and ongoing risk control and maintenance of products and process.

Responsibilities:

Functional Strategy and Delivery

  • Lead new product development, implementation, pricing and propositions including; execution of risk assessments, IT Design & Build, all Operational Readiness
  • Work with other areas of the business (e.g. Ops, IT, Credit) and 3rd party product providers to put critical enablers in place to support the product and its delivery to the consumer

Customer Experience and Channel Optimisation

  • Deliver continually improving customer experience across all journeys and across all channels.
  • Align activities of your team to the brand promise of Altogether More Human ensuring that the delivery of each product strategy and proposition has embedded the customer experience and fair customer outcomes right throughout the product lifecycle.

Product Governance

  • Ensure the mortgage and consumer lending product strategy and teams adhere to the high standards of product governance for existing and new product offerings.
  • Take accountability for any open actions in relation to product governance and ensure adequate resources and time are assigned to these to ensure we remain compliant.

Risk Management & Control

  • Work with peers to evolve an effective Risk Management culture and mind-set ensuring adequate Risk Management practices are in operation throughout the team.
  • Support the delivery of a strategy that prices appropriately in line with the Bank risk appetite and for the product and channel of choice.

Lead an inspiring Culture

  • Develop a strong talent pipeline and succession plan for your team.
  • Lead and inspire cross functional teams, to embrace new ways of working to deliver innovative products in line with our agreed strategy.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Be an internal and external ambassador for ptsb mortgage and consumer lending products.
  • Work closely across all the stakeholder groups to deliver Product strategies with exceptional customer experience.


Requirements: 

  • Excellent understanding of PTSB Mortgage and Consumer Finance Products, Processes and IT platforms.
  • QFA or min APA loans
  • 3+ years experience of the IT change process i.e. BRD, FS and UAT testing.
  • Detailed knowledge of Regulatory and Legislative requirements within which Products are developed and operate.
  • Experience in Process design, implementation and improvement is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding and appreciation for the Risk Control Self Assessment Process.

This is a permanent role based in Dublin (Hybrid).
