Key Responsibilities
Xeinadin continues to expand its Financial Services offering with an exciting new opportunity for a Life & Pensions Manager to join our Galway team.
The successful candidate will get to work with a diverse SME portfolio, advising a range of our key clients, as well as working with the ROI on wider strategies to develop the Xeinadin-wide Financial Services offering.
Key Requirements
• Provide expert advice on life assurance, retirement planning, and pension products to clients across Galway and a wider regional portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with Irish regulatory requirements (e.g. Central Bank of Ireland Consumer Protection Code).
• Oversee client portfolio management, including reviews, renewals, and retention strategies.
• Develop and implement business strategies to grow the Life & Pensions offering regionally.
• Manage relationships with product providers, insurers, and pension administrators.
• Monitor industry trends, legislative changes, and product developments and advise clients accordingly.
• Handle complex client cases and escalations in line with compliance requirements.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with both clients and team members.
• Proactive, decisive, and adaptable to changing client needs and work environments.
