About the Role
The role is to assist the listing team with the administrative and billing tasks necessary to facilitate debt and funds listing and the ongoing maintenance of those listings.
The role will involve:
- Timely processing of disbursements to support the Accounts team with various account postings.
- Assist with issuance and distribution of invoices to clients.
- Assist with investigating and resolving client invoice and billing queries.
- Providing AR support to the listing team with identifying aged invoices and following up with clients when instructed.
- Manage account balances for various accounts to ensure credit balances are maintained.
- Ensure timely processing of fee payments.
- Assist with data input into application form and databases
- Assist with ad hoc queries to assist the function of the listing team
EXPERIENCE
What You Bring
We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is a strong team player, who is also able to learn quickly.
Other key skills include:
- Previous experience of working as a Billing Assistant or a similar role is advantageous, but candidates with junior secretary experience or recent graduates are considered.
- Proven ability to support a wider team with administrative and non-billable tasks.
- Proactive and detail oriented are essential to succeed.
- Must be comfortable in a client facing setting.
