JOB TITLE: Local Economic Partnership Co-ordinator

SALARY: PO3 NJC Spinal Points 34-37, £45,091 - £48,226 per annum (plus 19% Employer pension contribution)

Full Time 37 hours per week - Fixed term to 31.03.2028

The post holder will be part of the Business Solutions team within Economic Development and will lead on the strategic development, delivery, and management of the Lisburn & Castlereagh Local Economic Partnership (LEP), ensuring alignment with the Department for the Economy’s Regional Balance Fund, the NI Sub-Regional Economic Plan, and Council’s economic development objectives. The postholder will be responsible for creating and delivering a robust LEP Action Plan, driving investment, tackling economic disparities, and maximising opportunities across key growth sectors in the council area.

They will be expected to be expected to be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs and requirements of the organisation and duties and responsibilities may vary without changing the purpose of the job or level of responsibility.
