Vacancy: Maintenance General Works Foreman

Grade: General Works Foreman (5061)

Contract: Permanent Contract

Key Role:

  • As a Working Foreman, complete and/or assign various general maintenance works.
  • Ensure reactive maintenance works are prioritised, completed, and closed out appropriately.
  • To undertake additional duties as might reasonably be requested by line management (Estates Project Managers).

Requirements

Qualification / Skills / Essential Criteria:

  • Recognised Trade Qualification i.e. Carpentry
  • 5 years working in a similar property maintenance role and supervising a team
  • Relevant health and safety training appropriate for the completion and management of maintenance works.
  • Hold a valid “Safe Pass” card.
  • Hold a Clean Driving Licence and own Vehicle for use in carrying out their role is essential.

Salary Scale – Maintenance Foreman Salary Scale (5061): Successful candidates will be paid in line with HSE revised consolidated June 2026 Maintenance Foreman Salary Scale pay scale point 1; €54,494 to Point 12 €57,499 LSI pro rata per annum which is based on working a 39-hour week.
