Maintenance Job

Full-time Maintenance Job available in the Newcastle West area.

We are looking for a skilled maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional.

The General Maintenance Worker will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other building systems.

• Inspects and identifies equipment in need of repair.
• Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
• Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician.
• Painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
• Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
• Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
• Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Install appliances and equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read instruction manuals and drawings
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Preferably Full driving license needed.

Salary: Starting at €27,040 Per year.

Permanent contract with flexible working hours.
