We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to become part of our growing team in Dollingstown. Reporting to the Senior Manufacturing Manager you will take the lead in developing and executing effective maintenance strategies, driving engagement and commitment with your team to improve asset reliability.
You will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards, maximising availability and performance to support the demands of a 24/7 manufacturing operation. This will be achieved through the direct leadership of a team of Mechanical & Electrical Technicians operating on a day shift and indirectly through our operational shift teams.

What you’ll be doing
As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and developing the maintenance team, building a strong, professional, and engaged culture.
- Planning, prioritising and delivering all maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Developing and implementing a long-term maintenance strategy and annual action plans
- Driving asset reliability, reducing downtime and eliminating repeat failures
- Optimising preventative maintenance to improve efficiency and support continuous improvement
- Managing site maintenance budgets and contractor performance effectively
- Leading shutdown planning and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Monitoring key maintenance KPIs and deliver performance improvements.
- Ensuring full compliance with safety, statutory requirements, and contractor management processes
- Championing best practices, audits, and continuous improvement to achieve world-class maintenance standards.
- A minimum HND (or equivalent recognized time served qualification) in a relevant engineering discipline
- Proven experience in a similar role within a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Experience using CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage, motivate and drive high team performance
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence to challenge constructively
- Strong technical expertise and problem-solving ability
- Well-developed planning and organizational skills, with effective time management
- Good IT Literacy, including Microsoft Office packages
- A proactive “can-do” attitude with strong team collaboration skills
Whilst not essential, the following would be advantageous: -
- Knowledge in maintenance best practice and experience applying CMMS to deliver improvements
- IOSH / NEBOSH qualification
