Maintenance Operative

Full time Maintenance Operative required to join responsive property maintenance team.

The successful Candidate will be responsible for carrying out quality repair, Installation , refurbishments works and general all-round maintenance tasks .

Excellent fault diagnostic skills with a good knowledge of carpentry and general all-round maintenance will be required.

Requirements:

• Good customer service skills
• Ability to diagnose and complete repair works to domestic properties & common areas including specifying materials and the ability to undertake works within training and good industry practices
• The ideal candidate will be proficient in English, hard-working with the ability to communicate with others
• Confident in working as part of a team as well as thrive on their own and have a general "can do" attitude
• Ability to carry out work at height
• Full Clean Driving Licence
• Providing accurate and timely information on the progress of works that is easily understood by the customer
• Previous experience in a maintenance or facility services role would be an advantage

Willing to be Garda Vetted in line with our Customer requirements.
