Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking to take the next step in your career? Do you thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and enjoy partnering with operational teams to drive performance? We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Management Accountant to join our finance team within a busy food manufacturing site employing around 250 staff.

This is a key position within the Finance Department, making it an excellent development role for someone aiming to progress.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and KPI reporting
• Supporting the annual budgeting process, periodic reforecasts and financial modelling
• Creating timely, accurate and insightful financial reports to support business decision‑making
• Working closely with senior management across Production, Technical, Supply Chain and HR
• Analysing cost drivers, product margins, stock variances and operational performance
• Ensuring financial controls, reconciliations and compliance are maintained to a high standard

What We’re Looking For:

• Part‑qualified or fully qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) OR proven equivalent experience
• Strong experience producing monthly management accounts in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Confident in budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to explain financial information to non‑finance colleagues
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
