Job Title

Manager Business Process Expert Order Management

Position Summary

The roles purpose is to support designing, building and deploying best practice E2E order management processes, structures and systems for our business across all franchises, segmented for efficient customer service. The role will support in building our order management capabilities to create a world class OM function for Stryker. The roles purpose is also to improve our communication, visibility and relationships between our divisions, supply locations and end customers.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Design, build and deploy the capabilities within Order management across all Stryker Franchises and Divisions
  • Assessment of order management processes for all OM segments
  • Create a gap analysis and develop OM segmentation plan
  • Plan, Communicate and track the progress of the capability implementation
  • Developing KPIs and Reports
  • Support developing ORG, roles and responsibility proposal
  • Support our Global ERP implementation project
  • Support developing, building and deploying tools and technical solutions for order management
  • Analyse and improve ATP functionality including Backorder rescheduling and prioritization rules across Stryker
  • Develop internal stock transfer order management processes
  • Support and organize OM community, analyse key areas of influence and change, propose next steps and solutions
  • Develop channels for feedback and info flow between sales and CoE
  • Develop and maintain a close working relationship with Stryker divisions and plants through strong communication and networking
  • Be first level support for LRDs for questions around tools and processes
  • Support building relationship with key end customers operations team

Qualifications

Professional Requirements – Required:

  • Degree level in Business or Supply Chain
  • 8+ years of experience in Order Management, Logistics, Planning
  • Languages at least English but preferably a second language depending on global location
  • Project Management qualifications (preferred)
  • APICs qualifications (preferred)

Knowledge

Background experience required:

  • Excellent IT skills to be able to understand today’s and future systems
  • Excellent Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Excellent Order Management and CRM knowledge
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • SAP knowledge preferred
