As the owner of the hospitals digital Strategy, they will be accountable for the creation and implementation of this strategic vision, in order to enable increased efficiency in ways of working, focusing on a hospital-wide digital culture.

The successful candidate will have:

Minimum of a third level recognised qualification up to and including degree level in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline i.e. at least an NSQ Level 8 or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years experience leading ICT teams or equivalent in a complex, high-stakes environment.

The following would also be an advantage: Relevant industry certifications (e.g. MCSA; CCNA/CCNP). Hold or be willing to complete a Relevant Management course (e.g. supervision training/leadership etc.) Knowledge of NIS1 and NIS2 as NMH has been designated as an OES (Operator of Essential Services) by the NCSC
