As part of the Wholesale team, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of messaging and verification services in a future-driven, collaborative environment.
We are seeking a results-driven individual to own and grow Three Ireland’s Wholesale Messaging & Identity Solutions portfolio. This role is responsible for accelerating revenue growth and market share across A2P SMS, RCS, Premium Rate SMS, Virtual Mobile Numbers, and Mobile Verification services.
You will be responsible for strategy implementation, P&L ownership, and product positioning, while also forge high-value partnerships and ensuring compliance in a regulated industry. With a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, you’ll drive profitable growth and innovation in one of telecom’s continuous evolving sectors.
What else it involves:
- P&L Accountability – Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting to deliver sustained commercial performance.
- Partnership Development – Build and deepen strategic relationships with operators, aggregators, and enterprise partners to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Portfolio management– Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring each service is competitively positioned and operationally optimised.
- Market Intelligence – Leverage competitor analysis, customer insights, and industry trends to shape product enhancements and identify emerging opportunities.
- Operational Excellence – deliver best in class operational service for our portfolio channel partners.
- Regulatory Compliance – Guarantee adherence to local regulation (GDPR, ComReg)
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with technical, regulatory, and commercial teams to deliver cohesive, market-ready solutions.
The Skills we are looking for:
- 5+ years in commercial product management, business development, or partner management in telecom, messaging, or identity solutions.
- Strong track record in revenue growth, margin optimisation, and market expansion.
- Proven expertise in strategic account management.
- Solid understanding of messaging protocols, telecom infrastructure, and mobile verification technologies.
- Commercial mindset with excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
