Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinating departmental training - conducting training reviews, maintaining staff training plans, raising and completing training events.
- Maintenance of Documentation - Reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Bills of Materials, Formulation Work Instructions, QC Test Instructions
- Works Order Processing – raising, issuing, and completing W/O
- Scanning and archiving paperwork for clean room and QC
- Productivity Reports - Collating data, completion of KPI spreadsheets, data analysis and presentation
- Second checks of production and QC paperwork
- Monitoring equipment calibration schedules
- Adherence to company Positive Work Environment Policies, Health and Safety procedures, and the maintenance of a safe working environment.

The candidate:Essential:
- Previous experience working in an administration role
- Computer literate with experience in the use and application of Microsoft Office packages
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Use of electronic stock control systems like Sage
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
