Manufacturing Administrator

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Coordinating departmental training - conducting training reviews, maintaining staff training plans, raising and completing training events.
  • Maintenance of Documentation - Reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Bills of Materials, Formulation Work Instructions, QC Test Instructions
  • Works Order Processing – raising, issuing, and completing W/O
  • Scanning and archiving paperwork for clean room and QC
  • Productivity Reports - Collating data, completion of KPI spreadsheets, data analysis and presentation
  • Second checks of production and QC paperwork
  • Monitoring equipment calibration schedules
  • Adherence to company Positive Work Environment Policies, Health and Safety procedures, and the maintenance of a safe working environment.

The candidate:​​​​​​​Essential:

  • Previous experience working in an administration role
  • Computer literate with experience in the use and application of Microsoft Office packages

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Use of electronic stock control systems like Sage
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
