We are looking for a practical, detail-focused and improvement-driven Manufacturing Engineer to support our manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, growing and successful company, working closely with Toolroom, Moulding, supply chain, customer-facing teams and wider engineering stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving processes, maintaining accurate technical information, and providing engineering support across production, new product introduction and continuous improvement activities.

What You'll Be Doing
- Maintaining accurate BOM, MRP and technical data to support manufacturing operations
- Supporting engineering change activity, quality issues and continuous improvement projects
- Providing engineering support across production, new product introduction and day-to-day operational requirements
- Preparing quotations and supporting technical, customer and supply chain communication
- Using CAD/CAM knowledge to support component checking, technical interpretation and process improvement
- Helping to deliver KPIs, maintain 5S standards and promote safe working practices
- Providing general operational support and working collaboratively with manufacturing and engineering stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Level 6 qualification, preferably in mechanical engineering or a related discipline
- Strong literacy, reporting, Microsoft Excel and technical interpretation skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, process instructions and technical information
- Experience or confidence using CAD, CAM or simulation software
- Practical, accurate, organised and improvement-focused approach
- Ability to multitask, follow written processes, meet deadlines and work independently or collaboratively
- Sound planning, communication, analytical, problem-solving, commercial awareness and decision-making skills

Working Hours
Full-time role (39hrs), 8am-5pm Mon-Thu, 8am-1pm FriThe closing date for applications is Friday the 18th of September 2026
