Description and Responsibilities:
Our Manufacturing Intern will be placed in our team based at our Carrigaline site. As part of this team, you will carry out the following tasks:
Support production system improvements, including helping to complete and close out digital records for manufacturing batches—contributing to our broader digital transformation goals.
Assist in resolving system-related issues, helping to improve how production data is recorded and tracked as part of our shift toward smarter, tech-enabled operations.
Review and update digital process instructions, working with the Process team to ensure accuracy and consistency in how production steps are documented—supporting our transformation to more agile and data-driven manufacturing.
Contribute to packaging traceability projects, using new digital tools to improve how we track materials through the supply chain and enhance transparency.
Participate in inventory checks, helping to reconcile physical stock with digital records and improve reporting accuracy—an important part of our digital transformation in inventory management.
Support any additional projects or tasks that arise within the Operations or Transformation teams, including data clean-up, documentation updates, and process mapping—all key enablers of our digital evolution

What we are Looking for:
Studying Business, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or related degrees.
Results-Oriented
Motivated self-starter with the determination and drive to succeed.
Strong ability to work well in a team and work independently.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams
Good organisational, time management & communication skills.
