A permanent vacancy currently exists within Mid and East Antrim Borough Council for the following post and applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates:-
Marina Customer Care Assistant
37 hours per week over 7 days
Scale 3, SCP 7-8, £26,403 - £26,824 per annum.
Location – The location of this post will be in Carrickfergus Marina, however the post holder will be required to work in any area of the Borough as the post dictates including Glenarm and Portglenone Marinas, Carnlough and Newferry.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for the provision of delivering high levels of customer service throughout the Harbours & Marinas facilities whilst complying with Health & Safety guidelines, relevant legislation and procedures.
Responsible for day-to-day safety, cleanliness and general maintenance of the marina buildings.
Ensure that all day-to-day activities are carried out in a timely and effective manner to assist with all aspects of the service delivery.

The shortlisting panel will base shortlisting decisions on the information contained within the Essential Criteria narrative sections of the application form.
