As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will develop and deliver the marketing strategy and communications roadmap for Personal and Business Banking customers working with stakeholders across the Bank. Central to your role is the development, delivery and performance optimisation of insight-led communications that bring our purpose to life, drive consideration, market differentiation and act as powerful proof-points of PTSBs brand positioning of `Altogether more human. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the delivery of fully integrated marketing strategies and communications plans and initiatives that bring our purpose to life and drive income growth for the business.
  • Manage communications and media agencies to develop and deliver compelling marketing strategies and campaigns for delivery of income growth against business and marketing objectives.
  • Be customer focussed leveraging segmentation, insight and key drivers of trust to develop compelling marketing communications supporting our Brand positioning to bring our purpose to life.
  • Manage the Marketing Effectiveness Framework on conversion rate optimisation, performance and media efficiencies with a data driven, and continuous improvement approach. Drive the effectiveness of communications and media plans to ensure best in class performance and ROI.
  • Utilise campaign stats, analytics, and insight to inform the strategy for campaign and media planning, digital optimisation and efficiencies.
  • Support and drive effective engagement from all relevant cross-functional teams managing their involvement and requirements in the delivery of brand, marketing strategy and communications implementation.


Essential Requirements:


  • Educated to Marketing degree level or business related third level qualification.
  • 3 + years of Digital & Marketing campaign development and performance delivery, including media planning and performance measurement.
  • A successful record of developing and implementing marketing plans, media plans and tactics delivering substantial consumer and revenue growth and development.
  • Exceptional commercial and marketing acumen with strategic reasoning, analytical and numeric skills. Competent in Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Customer focused with the ability to develop insights and turn into actionable compelling communications and media plans.
  • Proven excellence in stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills to drive the brand agenda with effective decision making and accountability.

This is a Permanent position for based in Dublin, SSG with a Hybrid working model.
