Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Work within the marketing department to assist with companywide marketing and communication activities, in line with our brand guidelines

• Produce and manage internal and external company communications

• Organise, co-ordinate, produce and edit company videos and photoshoots

• Produce and organise graphic design related outputs, such as company communication posters

• Co-ordinate and manage the company social media pages: Facebook, Instagram and Linked In

• Manage and update the company website

• Co-ordinate our company marketing standards in relation to exhibition stands and office signage

• Organise company marketing events and sponsorship opportunities

• Work as part of the marketing team to showcase company achievements

Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree Level with a minimum of 3+ years marketing experience

Microsoft office suite experience is required

Adobe creative suite experience is required

Skills

Extremely high level of accuracy, professionalism and attention to detail in relation to communications.

Ability to work as part of a team environment and to work with multiple stakeholders across TLI Group.

Proficient use and knowledge of associated industry software such as the Adobe Creative Suite.

Marketing and communication experience in a B2B context would be advantageous.

Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Organisational Skills.

Ability to draft professional text and compile accompanying marketing material for issue within the public domain.

Ability to create, capture and edit video.

Experienced in social media management (Linked In, Instagram and Facebook)

Experience of working to and managing multiple deadlines across various projects
