Marketing Executive

The successful candidate will be located at Head Office in Killarney, Co. Kerry working alongside a number of companies in the UK and Ireland as well as the wider Marketing team including Design and Development to deliver the marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for the following:

• Work with the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Executives to plan, implement, measure and report on marketing initiatives in line with company objectives and KPIs set

• Contribute to building, planning and managing the marketing strategy for the Tricel Water division

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing multi-channel campaigns including content, email marketing and social media promotion across our websites to grow online presence and secure high quality leads • Create and publish a variety of content across our marketing channels including SEO articles, whitepapers, ebooks, infographics and videos

• Assist key stakeholders with content for websites and other offline initiatives

• Manage CRM including updating customer information, managing leads and assigning opportunities.

• Support website management to increase organic traffic and grow lead generation, user experience and conversion

• Work with external media contractors to plan and record customer feedback, and share insights with stakeholders

• Assist the wider Tricel Group Marketing team with ad hoc projects when required

• Monitor and track market trends and competitor activity to assist in the development of content that aligns with current market trends as well as our customers

• Conduct data analysis and maintenance of marketing reports to track performance and ROI, as well as using this data to identify opportunities for growth or fact correct initiatives

• Optimise landing pages for conversions and Collaborate with internal teams to optimise digital tactics

• Deliver materials to support the sales teams offline e.g printed marketing literature / tradeshows

• Liaise with stakeholders and internal teams regularly throughout the lifecycle of a project

• Support the wider marketing team on collaborative company projects

Experience and Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related discipline

• Digital Marketing experience is essential

• Experience in Search Engine Optimisation is a distinct advantage

• Experience in working with and quickly adopting marketing platforms and tools e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite

• Approaches problems with curiosity and open-mindedness

• Ability to work quickly and accurately across multiple teams and locations, and readily adapt to a changing and dynamic environment

• Customer centricity is a distinct advantage

• Excellent interpersonal, communications, networking and influencing skills

• Strong analytical and digital skills with ability to assess and evaluate both online and offline business opportunities, challenges and performance
