This permanent, full-time role begins with a structured 2-year programme that includes rotational placements across different teams and functions. From day one, you’ll be immersed in real-world challenges, supported by a global network of mentors, and empowered to make meaningful contributions. With structured learning, cross-functional exposure, and opportunities to relocate across Europe, the programme is designed to give you the skills, confidence, and experience to thrive in your career. 

Our Marketing Program 

Imagine working with some of the world’s largest food manufacturers and foodservice brands. Here’s what you can look forward to: 

  • Diverse Marketing Roles: Whether you’re in Strategic Marketing, Research & Insight, Commercial/Activation, Digital & Communications, Foodservice, or Technology Marketing, each role offers a variety of tasks to hone your marketing skills. 

  • Immediate Responsibility: From day one, you’ll support your colleagues in daily business and manage your own projects and responsibilities. 

  • Skill Development: Collaborate with the wider Kerry marketing network and teams, and work with stakeholders from Sales, Business Development, and R&D to develop a broad set of marketing skills. 

  • Comprehensive Onboarding: Receive a full induction, a mentor, and an onboarding buddy, along with role-specific training to set you up for success. 

  • Global Collaboration: Grow and apply your skills in an international environment, working with Kerry colleagues across Europe and globally. 

  • Industry Insights: Get an insider’s view of food manufacturing and stay updated on the latest market trends shaping the food and beverage products of tomorrow. 

What you might be doing 

In your role, you could dive into a variety of exciting tasks and responsibilities, such as: 

  • Market Research & Insights: Unearth valuable market trends and insights using both third-party data and Kerry’s proprietary research. 

  • Trend Reporting: Craft comprehensive market trend reports that keep everyone in the loop. 

  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and communicate engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with your audience. 

  • Product Management: Oversee product management within diverse F&B categories like food, beverages, plant-based products, and meat. 

  • Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to key customers, showcasing your findings and strategies. 

Do you have what it takes?

  • You’re on track for a 2.1 degree or equivalent in Marketing or a business-related field 

  • You’re ambitious, curious, and can’t wait to put your talents into action.

  • You’re open minded, agile, and willing to embrace opportunities.

  • You’re a graduate or a soon-to-be graduate.

  • You’re fluent in English and ideally another language.

  • You’re eligible to permanently work in the location you’re applying to*

  • You’re open to traveling and relocating. 

* Kerry Graduates must have permanent Right to Work in Europe or UK (for UK based roles) and be willing to relocate to other European countries during the program.
