Marketing & Media Co-ordinator

Dreams and SofatimeAntrim£25-000 - 30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Duncrue Crescent, Belfast
Hours: 39 Hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm, Friday 8.00am-1.00pm)

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role that combines content creation, digital marketing, media planning, campaign analysis, and brand development. You'll play a key role in shaping how customers experience our brands across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. What You'll Be Doing…

Create Engaging Content
  • You'll help bring our brands to life by creating and reporting compelling content across multiple channels, including:
  • Social media (organic and paid)
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Radio scripts
  • Online content creation (blogs/guides)
  • TV
  • Internal communications
Working closely with our Web & Marketing team and external partners, you'll ensure all content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned to our promotional calendar.

Drive Digital Engagement
  • You'll manage and grow our online communities by:
  • Planning and scheduling social media content
  • Managing email marketing campaigns
  • Engaging with followers and customers
  • Supporting audience growth and subscriber engagement
  • Reporting and optimising campaign performance
Coordinate Media Campaigns
You'll work alongside media agencies and suppliers to:
  • Book and manage advertising across TV, radio, press, digital and outdoor media
  • Ensure campaign assets are delivered on time
  • Monitor campaign performance and budgets
  • Build strong relationships with media and supplier partners
Support Our Stores
  • You'll act as a key link between Marketing and Retail by:
  • Producing weekly communications for store teams
  • Supporting promotional launches and campaign rollouts
  • Providing in-store marketing guidance and support
Analyse Performance
We love data as much as creativity. You'll:
  • Track campaign performance across digital and traditional channels
  • Analyse key metrics including engagement, reach, conversion and ROI
  • Identify and action opportunities
  • Help shape future marketing strategies through insight-led recommendations
  • Use AI tools to support productivity and business growth
Stay Ahead of the Competition
You'll keep a close eye on market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity and report this data to ensure our brands remain fresh, relevant and competitive.

About You…

Essential Skills & Experience…
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing role
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Experience managing social media platforms and Meta Business Suite
  • Experience using email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
  • Experience working with multiple media partners and agencies
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting campaign data
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Desirable Skills…
Experience using Google and Meta Analytics
Experience creating video content for social media
Familiarity with design and editing software
Interest in interiors, re
tail, home furnishings or lifestyle brands
