What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Marketing & Office Administrator within our Roomex division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Dublin. In this role, you will provide marketing support - including sales enablement and campaign execution - with general office management and facilities duties. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable multitasking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will report directly to the Director of Marketing and regularly collaborate with the different teams across the company.

As a Marketing & Office Administrator, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in Dublin office set up

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Supporting the marketing team in the creation and distribution of sales and customer enablement materials, such as personalised sales brochures, presentations and case studies

  • Capturing and sharing company events to execute our employer branding strategy

  • Creating content (photos, videos, social posts, and blog articles) that showcases Roomex’s culture and values to attract new talent and engage potential customers

  • Leveraging company events and staff gatherings as opportunities to promote the Roomex brand both internally and externally, ensuring that our culture is visible on social media, our website and in recruitment campaigns

  • Assisting in the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns (email, social, digital, and events)

  • Maintaining and updating the company’s CRM and marketing databases with leads, contacts, and campaign data

  • Supporting the production and distribution of internal communications, newsletters, and company announcements

  • Assisting with social media scheduling, content posting, and basic community management

  • Tracking inventory of marketing materials and office supplies, ensuring timely reordering

  • Conducting desk research on competitors, industry trends, and event opportunities to support marketing efforts

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in a marketing support, office management, or administrative role preferred

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM and marketing automation tools a plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
