Full Time – Permanent Contract
We are now inviting applications for the position of Medical Records Administrator.
Post: Full-time, Permanent position.
Remuneration: €31,618 - €48,927 (Grade III Clerical Officer Scale) (Commensurate with experience).

Job Purpose:
The Medical Records Administrator is responsible for managing both physical and electronic medical records, ensuring their accurate collection, maintenance, and secure storage in accordance with healthcare regulations. This role plays a key part in supporting healthcare providers and staff by organizing, updating, and safeguarding patient data in a timely and confidential manner.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
· Previous experience in a hospital setting.
· Knowledge in relation to the management of Confidential Patient Information.
· Previous experience with Medical Records (Desirable).
· Familiarity with an Electronic Health Record (Desirable).
