Whether it's an elegant wedding, a high-powered business conference, or a glamorous gala, you’ll be on the ground floor making sure everything runs smoothly, from setup to final farewell.
What You'll Do – This Is Not a Desk Job!Working alongside the Meetings & Events Manager, you’ll be out on the floor, leading and supporting the operational delivery of each event.
Ensure rooms are set and styled to perfection by supervising setup teams and physically checking room layouts, lighting, temperature, and tech.
Work shoulder to shoulder with F&B and kitchen teams to bring event briefs to life.
Be present during events to coordinate service, solve problems on the fly, and keep everything on track.
Step in when needed to assist the team on the floor — whether it's pouring wine, adjusting a setup, or welcoming guests.
Keep a close eye on guest needs and make real-time decisions to exceed expectations.
Manage last-minute changes with a calm, can-do attitude — you’re flexible and ready for anything!
Maintain event stock levels, initiate purchase orders when required, and ensure our tools and equipment are always event-ready.
Support and energise your team, providing guidance and hands-on leadership throughout each event.
Previous hands-on experience in events, banqueting, or F&B within hospitality.
You're a people person — confident, friendly, and great at keeping a team motivated under pressure.
A natural multitasker who thrives in a high-energy, dynamic environment.
Attention to detail, with a flair for creating visually stunning event spaces.
Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, and split shifts come with the territory, and you’re ready for it.
