Metal Fabrication Apprentice

This 4 year apprenticeship is offered in conjunction with SOLAS and comprises of the following 7 phases: 4 on the job phases and 3 off the job phases in an educational college.

On successful completion, the apprentice will be awarded QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft - Metal Fabrication.

The ideal candidate we are seeking will be a hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable. He/she must show eagerness, a basic technical aptitude, be willing to learn and have a strong interest in the area.

Minimum of grade D in any five subjects in the Leaving Certificate or equivalent required.

Up to date Manual Handling Certificate & Abrasive Wheel certificate required.
