Description and Responsibilities: 

Our expert Kerry Agribusiness team offer best in class technical support and advisory services to our milk supplier base. During this internship, you will have the unique opportunity to support the Milk Quality and Sustainability team in Castleisland, Co. Kerry.

As part of the team, you will:

• Collaborate and support the team to troubleshoot and find solutions which may be occurring on farm in relation to milk quality issues. 

• Work on various projects related to Milk Quality, Water Quality, Dairy Sustainability Programme Evolve Regen Dairy. 

• Engage and build a rapport with our milk supplier base across our catchment. 

• Work on various projects related to Milk Quality, Water Quality, and Evolve Regen Dairy. 

• Disseminate project findings to the team and milk suppliers as appropriate. 

An excellent knowledge of agriculture is desirable, with a deep understanding of the challenges facing the industry.

What You Need to Apply 

• Studying Food Science or Agriculture Science degree. 

• Results Oriented. 

• Motivated self-starters with the determination and drive to succeed. 

• Exceptional communicators. 

• Able to work well in a team and on their own. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel. 

• Possess good organisational and time management skills.
