Location: Dublin region
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with multi-skilled team in a hands-on environment
- Manage/Carry out and coordinate all planned and reactive maintenance.
- Ensure upkeep of all site safety procedures and compliance (permitting, risk assessments, method statements, SDS, COSHH etc.)
- Ensure job closures are completed in timely manner.
- Ensure that monthly targets for KPI’s for PPM and Helpdesk are met.
- Ensure all service reports are reviewed and remedial work captured and organised.
- Where applicable provide hands on support for other site staff.
- Undertake works as directed by the Site Manager.
- Respond in a timely manner to verbal and written requests.
- Report accidents in a timely manner.
- Ensure HSQE standards are maintained and promote best practice and site-specific core values.
- Ensure company operating procedure is adhered to.
- Report any unsafe activities / risks promptly to the Site Manager and HSQE Manager
About You:
- Trade Qualified Electrician
- Proven capability of working within a multi-skilled team in a hands-on environment.
- Previous Facilities Management or similar industry background.
- Approachable team player, able to work on own initiative and with colleagues and clients alike.
- Ability to maintain high levels of self-motivation, technical innovation, enthusiasm, attention to detail and commitment while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritise jobs.
- Ability to multi-task
- Methodical / analytical approach to work
- Good problem solving and trouble shooting ability.
- Work flexible hours depending on requirements.
