We are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking individual with a record of sales experience. An individual that exhibits the passion to adapt quickly in a changing environment and that exemplifies the importance of working together on a team will excel in this role!

You will require strong communication and an ability to follow through on customers queries while having a strong understanding of mortgage segments & experience in the mortgage/lending market.

• QFA is the preferred qualification however applications from individuals who hold APA Loans, and Savings & Investments will be accepted.

Home Buying sits within Retail Ireland who play an integral part in the development and implementation of the strategy for mortgage loans in the Republic of Ireland, to include all aspects of mortgage markets, risk profile, returns, costs, fulfilment, servicing and market positioning. Direct Mortgages is a Business Unit within Home Buying. We are responsible for the delivery of Mortgages via inbound/outbound phone lines and online applications. Our Direct Mortgage specialist team is made up of hard working and driven people who like a laugh along the way.

This is a hybrid role, based primarily in Dublin or Kilkenny .We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in-person to support collaboration and connection. Exact location will be agreed with your line manager.
