Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing to develop graphics for social media, websites, print, and especially dynamic motion graphics for digital platforms 

  • Design marketing collateral integrating multimedia elements, with a focus on high-quality video and motion graphics using After Effects 

  • Act as brand guardian, ensuring all creative materials adhere to established brand guidelines 

  • Manage multiple design projects concurrently while meeting deadlines 

  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practice into both design and motion graphics. 

Experience required;

  • Minimum 5+ years technical experience in print and digital design 

    including 3+ years hands-on experience in Motion Graphics and After Effects 

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a corporate environment. 

  • Demonstrated expertise in Adobe After Effects, with a portfolio showcasing advanced motion graphics and animation work 

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) 

  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and motion graphics capability 

  • Proven capabilities in managing multiple projects efficiently and ability to effectively prioritise 

  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members 

  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques is a plus 

Education / Professional Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communications 

Skills;

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, including animation, compositing, and visual effects for business communications 

  • Advanced Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects, Premiere Pro) 

  • Animation/Interactive/Video/Photography media capability a plus 

  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles 

  • Strong time-management and organisational skills 

  • Strong portfolio of Corporate Brand examples, including motion graphics 

  • Excellent understanding of branding principles and visual design
