Purpose of the post

· To support catering management in the overall management of catering services.

· To direct, evaluate and supervise the catering operation on the Hospital campus.

· To deputise for the Catering Manager, where appropriate.

· To implement, monitor and audit food safety standards to ensure compliance with all current legislative specifications.
