MS&T Site Lead
Job Overview
As a member of the Site Leadership Team, this role is responsible for leading the MS&T function to deliver against key objectives in People, Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost, aligned with company strategy.
The role contributes to site strategy and ensures materials, processes and equipment are designed, validated and maintained to the highest standards, enabling the reliable, right-first-time manufacture of existing and new products.

Main Activities/Tasks
- Lead site MS&T function and act as primary point of contact.
- Oversee product investigations, remediation, tech transfer, and NPI.
- Drive commercialisation, lifecycle management, and process improvements.
- Support capital planning and equipment transfer to production.
- Troubleshoot process issues to ensure product quality and supply.
- Manage project delivery (scope, budget, timelines) and resources.
- Embed strong project management and risk mitigation practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally from development to launch.
- Support inspections and promote a strong safety culture.
- Coach teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Essential Criteria:
- Degree Educated – Science or Engineering, with minimum of 8 + years of experience in pharmaceutical field
- Multi-year Pharmaceutical Technical Operations Experience
- Experienced in Pharmaceutical Product lifecycle management
- Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement Concepts and approaches
- Experience within technical operations, Engineering and/ or manufacturing operations
- Working knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment requirements & legislation
- Proven experience of project management
- Demonstrated change management capabilities
- Experience Leading teams, meaningful conversations, performance development
- Technical leadership experience
- Excellent and proven leadership skills with technical acumen to deliver and drive complex technical, Capex and supporting facility projects.
- Comfortable communicating in any medium and to any size audience and level in an inspiring and credible way.
Desirable Criteria:
- Project Management strategy, Expertise in project management in all NI, EPD project management involving several technologies.
- Validation expertise & experience (Process, Cleaning)
- Process development, for new and existing products.
- Process troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and root cause analysis to identify and deliver corrective and preventive actions
- Demonstrated experience in leading Technical Transfers at site level including transfer of new products from PD into Operations, validation, facility improvements and qualification.
- Basic understanding of commercial supply requirements within the Global veterinary pharmaceutical market.
- Understanding of Veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing and associated regulations.
