Multi Skilled Labourer

A number of permanent vacancies currently exist within Mid and East Antrim Borough Council for the following post and applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates:-

Multi Skilled Labourer
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Scale 5 and in the range SCP 14 - 19 (Currently £29,540 - £32,061 per annum)
Location: The location of this post will be determined upon appointment but the post holder may be required to report and work at any area of the Borough.
The premises are wheelchair accessible and there are accessible toilets.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Responsible for all types of work associated to skilled labouring, in respect of new build, planned and response maintenance to all buildings, sites and equipment under the control of the Council.
• Provide a professional quality of craftsmanship and customer orientated delivery of service to all customers.
• Work on own initiative and organise workload levels or work within a team discipline.
