To support the REO and EMT in the reporting and analysis of critical performance areas to support the delivery of HSE Mid West services.

A Planning and Performance function will exist in each of the Health Regions in supporting the REOs in delivering a broad spectrum of reforms.

The Planning and Performance function incorporates the PMO function of programme and project management, change management, service design/planning and performance reporting. The team will drive and actively support the delivery of Slaintecare, the Health Region change programme and associated service improvements, and enhanced data collection & reporting in HSE Mid West. To ensure these programmes are implemented and delivered to cost, time and quality requirements through the application of the required standards, frameworks, tools and processes.
