New Business Account Executive

As we scale our new business efforts, we’re looking for a driven and commercially-minded New Business Account Executive to help us expand our footprint.
As a New Business Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new customers to Nostra. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from initial prospecting and qualification through to proposal, tender response, and close. You’ll collaborate closely with pre-sales, marketing, and service teams to build compelling solutions tailored to customer needs.
This role will be based in our Galway office.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a new business sales pipeline from lead to close.
- Identify and pursue opportunities across target verticals and geographies.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads with speed and rigour.
- Respond to RFPs and public/private sector tenders in collaboration with bid teams.
- Build strong relationships with prospects through discovery, consultation, and solution-selling.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and forecast pipeline effectively.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver strong proposals and timely responses.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a new business or full-cycle sales role.
- Experience selling IT Managed Services, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity solutions.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft stack (Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server).
- Strong experience managing a sales pipeline using a modern CRM platforms.
- Proven success managing and responding to tenders and RFPs.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events (primarily within Ireland).
