Night Manager

Night Manager - 4* Grand Hotel, Malahide

We are looking for an experienced full-time Night Manager to join our busy Nights Department. The ideal candidates should have previous experience managing a team in a 3* or 4* Hotel property. Opera experience is essential.

Responsibilities will include:

· Reception - late check ins and early check outs

· Completion of the night audit using Opera and Alkimii

· Overall management of the Night Team

· Lobby service as required

· Guest service as required

· Setting-up meeting and function rooms for the day ahead

· Provision of a high level of customer service at all times

· Cleaning duties and delegation of same within the team
