Join us as a Non-Core Product Specialist

In this role, reporting to the Voice & Broadband Products Chapter Lead, you'll drive innovation and growth within the Voice & Broadband Product Tribe. As the Non-Core Product Specialist, you'll be responsible for optimising the commercial performance and customer experience of non-Core products & services. Collaborating with internal teams and CK IOD product experts, you'll maximise margin potential through effective marketing, channel, and AMPU optimisation strategies. 

You'll lead product lines within the portfolio and also collaborate with your Squad & Tribe colleagues & product owners across product development, margin growth & future budget planning.

Customer needs are evolving continuously and as part of the Voice & Broadband Product Tribe you can help shape our current & future product portfolio. 

What else it involves:

  • Leading non-core products like 3Pay & App Distribution.
  • Contributing to the development and lifecycle management of new and in-life products.
  • Collaborating with propositions, finance, IT, and other teams for product development & process optimisation.
  • Representing Voice & Broadband Product Tribe for relevant product developments to sales, marketing, retail, telesales & engage teams in Limerick, Dublin and occasionally in-store. 
  • Direct responsibility for achieving margin targets and driving growth.
  • Ensuring effective promotion and positioning across customer touchpoints in all channels.
  • Managing 3rd party partners, vendors and related tasks.
  • Providing detailed product performance reporting and financial analysis for required updates
  • Ensuring product compliance and meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams for successful execution in GTM & in-life trading
  • Collaborating with CK IOD & Three Product Developers for product enhancements & filtering opportunities.
  • Supporting process management and analysis for new product development.
  • Providing input into budget forecasting and planning cycles.

  • Product Development: Knowledge of product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Market Research: Leveraging market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer preferences.
  • Project Management: Organising and managing cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and within budget.
  • Communication: Clear communication skills to convey product vision, requirements, and updates to stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Analysing data to make informed decisions, measure product performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of technology and development processes to collaborate effectively with engineers.
  • Leadership: Inspiring and guiding teams to work towards common goals and overcome challenges.
  • Adaptability: Being flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions, customer feedback, and business priorities.
  • Channel Marketing: Collaborating on marketing communications plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Sales Skills: Understanding sales processes and techniques to support sales efforts and drive conversions.
