Nursery Manager (Temporary Full-Time) – Clearly Kids Newtownards Road

About the Role; 
Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Pattern: 4 days per week on a rota basis
Location: Clearly Kids Newtownards Road

As Nursery Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, safeguarding, and operational excellence. You will lead and motivate your team, build strong relationships with families, and help drive the continued success and growth of the nursery.
What We're Looking For

Essential Criteria
✔ Minimum of 2 years' leadership experience within a childcare setting
✔ Hold, or be actively working towards, a QCF Level 5 Diploma in Child Care, Learning and Development and/or a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies
✔ Proven experience managing and leading a team, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop others
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, staff, and external professionals
✔ A flexible, proactive, and innovative approach to leadership
✔ Experience in financial management, including budgeting, revenue growth, and resource planning
