Purpose of the Role

To provide administrative support within a function and manage and maintain various queries and tasks as they arise in a timely manner.

Essential Criteria:

  • Have at least three years secretarial/administrative experience (two of which should be relevant hospital/healthcare experience)
  • Experience of working as part of a team. · Experience of a busy fast paced working environment.
  • Excellent IT skills – Word/Excel with experience in formatting ·
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work alone to achieve goals set
  • Evidence of customer service skills/ experience.
