Office Admin Person
Are you organised, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a busy office environment?
We are seeking a motivated Office Administrator to join our growing team in Cashel.
Working in a modern office with free on-site parking, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, customer service, and logistics planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders using the Sage Accounts system
- Assist customers with enquiries and provide excellent service
- Liaise with suppliers as required
- Support logistics and delivery planning
- Carry out general office administration duties
- Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks as needed
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical approach
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with Sage Accounts is desirable but not essential, as training can be
- provided for the right candidate
