Office Administraitor
Zinkworks has an excellent opportunity for an Office Administrator with strong organisational skills who enjoys supporting others in a busy office environment. The role sits within our Operations Team and will involve working closely with our Office Manager, operations, software development staff, and management. The role of the Office Administrator is to support the day-to-day running of the office. This will include providing timely service to address staffing requirements for new and existing employees.

Our software developers work with our clients to deliver advances in technology through innovative software architectures, algorithms, and techniques.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Onboarding/Introducing new hires to the team
- Issuing Contracts and ensuring new joiners have all the necessary equipment and can log in on their first day helps them raise any issues with IT/facilities.
- Managing the relocation of international hires – processing employment permits, sourcing flights, and accommodation
- Assist with booking travel and accommodation for staff
- Purchasing of materials/refreshments for the office and ensuring adequate levels of stock are in place.
- General office upkeep
- Frontline support for general employee queries
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative support role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confidence in using office software (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
- Discreet, professional, and adaptable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full Clean Irish Drivers License
