About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our client's team at Blarney Business Park. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with both data and people. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, with a strong focus on order entry and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer orders and maintain order records

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment

• Respond to customer queries via phone and email

• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems

• Assist with invoicing, delivery scheduling, and stock tracking

• Provide general administrative support to the office team

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and data accuracy

Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative or order entry role

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Own transport is essential due to location
