Office Administrator

AtkinsRéalis one of the world’s leading providers of engineering professional consulting and support services with offices across Ireland.

Duties will include:

  • Managing, updating and inputting data in spreadsheets.
  • General Administration Office Duties - Filing, typing, photocopying, organising couriers, emails etc.
  • Monitoring and Inputting hours on timesheets.
  • Arrange meetings on site and taking minutes.
  • File Maintenance.
  • Filing paperwork.
  • Time administration.
  • Documenting the project details.
  • Notifying the involved for taking appropriate action on the pending documents.
  • Export files in the required format.
  • Monthly reports.

Desirable skills/attributes:

  • Experience in admin duties, including editing documents, filing, emailing, scanning and coordinating.
  • PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Previous experience in a busy office environment.
  • Highly organised individual.
  • Ability to liaise and manage people and tasks.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility and positive approach.
