Office Administrator

AtkinsRéalis one of the world’s leading providers of engineering professional consulting and support services with offices across Ireland.
Duties will include:
- Managing, updating and inputting data in spreadsheets.
- General Administration Office Duties - Filing, typing, photocopying, organising couriers, emails etc.
- Monitoring and Inputting hours on timesheets.
- Arrange meetings on site and taking minutes.
- File Maintenance.
- Filing paperwork.
- Time administration.
- Documenting the project details.
- Notifying the involved for taking appropriate action on the pending documents.
- Export files in the required format.
- Monthly reports.
Desirable skills/attributes:
- Experience in admin duties, including editing documents, filing, emailing, scanning and coordinating.
- PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Previous experience in a busy office environment.
- Highly organised individual.
- Ability to liaise and manage people and tasks.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Enthusiasm, flexibility and positive approach.
