Bluebird Care North Cork is currently recruiting an organised and proactive Office Administrator to manage all aspects of administration within our local office. This is a key role supporting our care team, clients, and recruitment activity.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Full-time: Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–4pm
  • On-site parking provided

  • 21 days annual leave
  • Weekend on-call rotation (additional remuneration)

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the office, ensuring smooth operations and strong communication with staff, clients, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing emails and phone calls
  • Maintaining and auditing staff files
  • Working closely with our recruitment partner on:
  • Recruitment processes
  • Interviews
  • File management
  • Garda Vetting
  • Building and maintaining relationships with HSE and disability services
  • Regular check-ins with staff and clients
  • Supporting compliance and general office administration

Requirements

  • Business Administration qualification (or similar)
  • 6+ months experience in an office-based role, experience in the healthcare sector desired but not essential
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to manage a busy office environment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
