Bluebird Care North Cork is currently recruiting an organised and proactive Office Administrator to manage all aspects of administration within our local office. This is a key role supporting our care team, clients, and recruitment activity.
Salary and Benefits:
- Full-time: Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–4pm
- On-site parking provided
- Pension scheme
- 21 days annual leave
- Weekend on-call rotation (additional remuneration)
You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the office, ensuring smooth operations and strong communication with staff, clients, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing emails and phone calls
- Maintaining and auditing staff files
- Working closely with our recruitment partner on:
- Recruitment processes
- Interviews
- File management
- Garda Vetting
- Building and maintaining relationships with HSE and disability services
- Regular check-ins with staff and clients
- Supporting compliance and general office administration
Requirements
- Business Administration qualification (or similar)
- 6+ months experience in an office-based role, experience in the healthcare sector desired but not essential
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage a busy office environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
