Office Administrator duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and administrative functions.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, post and general correspondence
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing and record-keeping systems
Bookkeeper duties
- Process purchases, sales invoices
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Maintain vat records and assist with Vat returns preparation
- Liaising with clients and develop relationships
Requirements
- Experience with Sage Accounts Production
- Proficient with Word and Excel with good communication skills
- Capable of working on your own initiative
This is a part-time position with the opportunity of becoming full-time.
