Office Administrator duties

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and administrative functions.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, post and general correspondence
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing and record-keeping systems

Bookkeeper duties

  • Process purchases, sales invoices
  • Complete bank reconciliations
  • Maintain vat records and assist with Vat returns preparation
  • Liaising with clients and develop relationships

Requirements

  • Experience with Sage Accounts Production
  • Proficient with Word and Excel with good communication skills
  • Capable of working on your own initiative

This is a part-time position with the opportunity of becoming full-time.
