Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Blanchardstown. The successful candidate must have excellent English and computer skills. The Office Administrator will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative assistance to the sales team, printing, collating brochures, arranging meetings etc
- Providing administrative assistance to the accounts team as required
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Managing phone lines and directing calls accordingly
- Daily monitoring of online service request forms from customers and responding in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and follow up from service requests
- Manage engineers calendar for service call outs when required and follow up with accounts when charges are applicable
- CRM Management
- General ad hoc administrative and account work as required
- Required QualificationsPrevious experience in office administration
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
- Customer Service skills
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
- Uphold confidentiality
This is a full time position with an immediate start. 38 - 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday.
Work : Monday - Friday Flexible hours 7.30am - 5pm
Salary : Negotiable - Starting at €30k dependent on experience
